I guess Mrs Harris at the NY PSC Likes Wind Energy, Well at Least $200 Million of It!

Well, Well, Well,  It appears Mrs Harris at the NY Public Service Commission along with her other commissioners are really enamored of industrial wind energy!  Well only just a little, just ...

                               $200 MILLION OF IT!!!!!

See this document from the PSC regarding a deal Iberdrola made with the PSC when the PSC required Iberdrola  to make $200 million worth of investments in wind energy as part of their deal to take over Energy East.

http://documents.dps.ny.gov/public/Common/ViewDoc.aspx?DocRefId=%7bD5BFBCDC-B394-48AB-A732-275BC40B3864%7d

Now ask yourself.  Why would the NY PSC which is supposed to be an impartial regulator REQUIRE Iberdrola to do $200 million in wind investments in NY which will end up being at the tax and rate payers expense?  Could it possibly be they are carrying out what they know will be Cuomo's green wind agenda?

Naaaaaahhhhh can't be that!

So now ask yourself.  Here is a commissioner whose husband is the lawyer for BP's Cape Vincent Wind Farm, and her other commissioners, including her boss the Chairman Mr. Brown, are forcing Iberdrola to force wind energy on the communities of NYS.  NONE of which will be in Albany near their homes.

The NY PSC is right now arbitrating the Art X process with BP and the town of Cape Vincent.   Commissioner Brown who voted to force $200 million in wind power on unsuspecting NYS communities will be on that Art. X board or one of his appointees will be, when they come trotting into Cape Vincent to determine if our law, which BP thinks is way overly burdensome, should  be preempted. And one of Brown's commissioners has a husband as the BP CV Wind Farm Lawyer.

Now I want you to sit up real real close to your computer screen.  Now raise your hand if you think this is going to go well for Cape Vincent's wind law!!!

Any more questions?
