Not All Cape Vincent Beauty Is Along The Lake Or River

                 This is a concept the Cape Vincent zoning law writers failed to grasp by shoving   
                     the allowable zoning area for industrial wind turbines into the CV interior!

      Such a failure to grasp the CV  interior beauty, but instead treat it like wasteland to put industrial
            wind turbines,  leaves me with serious doubts of our town leaders fundamental   
                          understanding needed to truly protect CV's scenic resources.
