Mr. Hirschey's Solar Project

Have been exploring in the NV CA desert outback so I have been without Internet

I finally saw the WDT letter Mr. H.irschey submitted about the misrepresentation of the zoning process surrounding his solar.  Of course he leaves absolutely no explanation of what actually did happen.  Of coutse he knows his supporters very well.  They don't need any details or explanations...they follow on blind faith.

But Hirschey's project zoning fiasco is only a circus side show to the real story nobody wants you to examine.   Hirschey has wanted this zoning law going back to when I first met him in 2007.  In 2011 it became a campaign promise, and he picked supposed "experts" to draft the law.  It was going to be our savior against big wind and Art X.  The big deal...the big kahoona. So how is it then that when it came time for Hirschey and his co,ntractor to use the new law on hi solar project, and for his zoning experts to use it on another solar project they f###ed it up so bad they had to admit the zoning actions would not hold up in court. The real story is about writing a zoning law, and tell everyone you are going to hang the entire fate of the community on it...then when it comes time to actually use the law you completely screw it up to the point even the supervisor has to take down his expensive solar project. It is an embarrassing fiasco.
