Below you can see the Town Board of Cape Vincent's last letter to the NYSC regarding the Art X process concerning the BP wind farm and how wonderful they thought it all was. I will have more on this later.
I'm glad these guys were not around at the founding of our country when the American colonies were under oppressive British rule!!! BP would have owned CV!!!
If these guys bend over any farther for the State they will be tying their shoes with their teeth!!!!
