A Last Minute Suggested Revision To The Cape Vincent Zoning Law Before The Tue June 10th Public Hearing, 7pm Rec Park.
Suggested changes in yellow.
"No building or structure shall be erected, enlarged, or land use initiated until a Zoning Permit and required county, state, and/or federal permits have been issued or backdated. The exterior structure area of a building shall not be enlarged until a Zoning Permit has been issued or backdated."
